Shipping/Quality Policy

Shipping and Quality Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Scope

This policy summarizes the general approach for B2B ingredient, solution, sample, private-label, and OEM/ODM projects. Final requirements are governed by the accepted quotation, specification, purchase order, and contract.

Quality Confirmation

Applicable specifications, approved samples, batch documents, packaging requirements, inspection criteria, and testing responsibilities are confirmed before production. Available documents may include specifications, COA, SDS/MSDS, and other project-specific materials.

Samples and Approval

Customers should evaluate samples for intended use, formulation compatibility, packaging compatibility, stability, claims, and target-market compliance. Production based on an approved sample may be subject to reasonable batch and material tolerances.

Lead Time

Estimated lead time begins after all required confirmations and payments are received. Custom formulas, packaging, artwork, regulatory work, holidays, material availability, and inspection requirements may affect the schedule.

Shipping

Available transport methods, Incoterms, freight, insurance, export documents, hazardous-goods requirements, customs responsibility, and delivery estimates are confirmed per shipment. Transit dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Inspection and Claims

Buyers should inspect quantities, packaging, and visible condition promptly after delivery and report any issue within the period stated in the contract or shipping documents. Claims should include order details, batch information, photos, video, and supporting evidence.

Returns and Remedies

Customized, opened, used, temperature-sensitive, or made-to-order goods are generally not returnable unless a verified nonconformity is attributable to the supplier. Any replacement, credit, rework, or refund requires written assessment and authorization.

Storage and Handling

Products must be transported, stored, and handled according to the applicable specification, label, or SDS/MSDS. Quality issues resulting from improper handling or use are not covered.
